导师简介

于电子科技大学微波电真空器件国家级重点实验室获博士学位,主要从事毫米波和太赫兹波段行波放大器的研究,目前主持国家自然科学基金项目一项,作为主要参与人参与多项国家自然科学基金,主持多项省部级项目,在电子通信类国际著名期刊IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices,IEEE Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology等期刊上发表多篇研究论文
