个人简介

苏未安，副教授，硕士生导师，上海交通大学凝聚态物理博士。2005年起一直在高校从事教学科研工作，主要研究方向信息功能材料和纳米半导体材料。先后公开发表学术论文10余篇，主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，参与国家和省级课题多项。

[2].参与国家自然科学基金地区基金“对称性破缺条件下耦合系统chimera态的特性研究”，（11405075）2013、01-2015、12，经费23万元。

[3].参与国家自然科学基金“多重激子效应在III-V族量子点中的实现及其在新型纳米结构光伏器件中的应用”，（11204176）2013.01-2015.12，经费25万元。
